Job Details:

Due to growth, Dilon Diagnostics is looking for a Regional Account Manager to cover the Latin America region; this position will be based in Newport News, Virginia.  Dilon is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and commercializing innovative and proven medical imaging solutions, including surgical probes and medical equipment used to detect breast cancer.

Responsibilities will include:

 

Demonstrate consistent achievement of sales quota. Manage distributor relationships in Latin America. Work with distribution partners to recruit and activate new resellers and manage these resellers through the onboarding and sales processes. Recruit, maintain and build relationships; demonstrate consistent achievement of sales quota; manage and report on key partner initiatives, activities and opportunities, and accurately forecast revenue; support partners in their sales initiatives and activities by facilitating the resolution of business issues; work closely with Marketing to identify and drive demand generation programs and events, including advertisement, trade shows, web-based promotions and campaigns; demonstrate excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues and products; prepare written communications and reports; research regional industry data to help evaluate Dilon's entry into new markets and develop strategic and tactical plans to expand sales.

 

Qualifications:

 

2+ years' sales experience, preferably in medical sales, or general nuc medicine

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking manner

Proven work-ethic and time-management skills
