Job Description/Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service
Job Details: Manpower is currently hiring experienced Call Center Representatives for an exciting position with long-term growth potential. An international conferencing center is seeking professional Customer Service Representatives for its 24-hour Greenbrier Chesapeake location.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- One year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Articulate with excellent communications skills
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and data entry
- Possess at least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead domestic and international executive-level conference calls
- Answer inbound calls to place conference participants into calls
- Manage call flow and professionally run conference Q&A sessions
- Initiate noise cancellation and perform basic troubleshooting
- Generate service tickets and filter escalations to the appropriate manager

There are various shifts available around the clock. Selected candidates will have to complete roughly four weeks of training Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm before starting their designated shift.
